These Terms govern the business relationship between you ("Client") and Limitless AI Solutions LLC ("Company"). By engaging in any AI automation service, consulting, or custom development, you agree to these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

We provide AI automation development, workflow creation, consulting, software integrations, and related services. All services are described in the proposal or agreement sent to the Client.

3. Payment Terms

• Payments are due upon invoice unless otherwise stated.
• Custom development requires upfront or milestone-based payments.
• No refunds once work has begun or deliverables were provided.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client must provide timely access to systems, data, or credentials required to complete the project. Delays caused by missing access extend delivery timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the Client receives full usage rights to the delivered automation. The Company retains the right to reuse non-confidential components, templates, or patterns internally.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information strictly confidential.

7. Liability

AI automations are provided "as is." The Company is not liable for business losses, data errors, or indirect damages arising from automation use.

8. Data Protection

All data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service with written notice. Payments for completed work remain due.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
